MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Inland Empire Superstar Foundation is to promote academic and athletic achievement through a commitment to self-improvement, teamwork and the establishment of positive and realistic goals.

HISTORY
The Inland Empire Superstar Foundation was founded in August of 2004 by a small group of parents for the sole purpose of providing a positive community service organization for the youth in our community. There has been a strong need for providing available instructive and effective alternatives for the teenagers with the desire to become effective adults by striving as a student-athlete. Only a few facilities in the area have served the needs of the young athlete that has strived to excel in athletics and education. From private donations, Inland Empire Superstar Foundation and Inland Empire Basketball Program has been furnishing the successful alternatives for the teenagers when our local parks and recreation departments have been understaffed and unable to provide the time or instruction necessary for the student athletes to develop toward the required level of excellence. The goals and objectives, established through a cooperative effort, has allowed Inland Empire Superstar Foundation to fill a void in our community.

STRATEGY
Our strategy is to utilize our program as an alternative to the drugs, gangs, and crime as we:
1. Consistently build and reinforce the fundamental skills needed to be an active participant.
2. Monitor both academic and athletic progress of each participant through a cooperative effort involving the student-athlete, the parent(s), and the staff of Inland Empire Superstar Foundation.
3. Provide growth tiers within the program, which enables the older participants to model behavior and a positive work ethic for the younger participants.
4. Develop a network of evaluators to review the progress of the participants and pursue the available opportunities for entering the college ranks.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
It’s really quite simple – we need people like you to make a monetary contribution to the program. Our annual budget requires over $100,000 with an approximate 10 % inflation increase per year. We have solicited expert individuals to help our student-athletes in tutoring, mentoring, and general college prep for entrance exams. This budget provides effective resources for an average of fifty student-athletes. Inland Empire Basketball Program also participates in national and local tournaments. With this budget, Inland Empire Superstar Foundation will be able to continue providing service to 500 local student-athletes who participate in the Inland Empire Spring League, Fall Showcase, and various tournaments.

Your monetary donation will lessen the burden on the student-athletes and their families, and allow us to continue in providing programs and resources without interruption. The Inland Empire Superstar Foundation is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization. Your contribution is tax deductible. Donations can be submitted directly online through our secure website at iebp.net by check made payable to Inland Empire Superstar Foundation. Our Federal Identification number is 33-0827210.
